When you live in New Jersey, Verizon FiOS TV is now available to about 250,000 families in 106 communities in parts of Bergen, Camden, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset and Union. FiOS fiber optic technology TV will soon be extended to hundreds of thousands of new homes in more than 100 communities. According to the law of the state of efficient video new franchise, announced plans to Verizon FiOS TV services over a fiber network in all over 300 communities in the coming years.

This is made through a network of Verizon fiber-to-the-spot, which has industry leading quality and reliability. 100% fiber optic technology provides sharper images and sounds great, and the ability of a variety of programs to high definition is very clear and intense transmission seems to leap from the TV screen. Verizon network design, backup facilities not common to traditional cable systems, including dual head ends where the TV service receives national program.
Verizon offers several different customizable packages. The FiOS TV Premier Package includes: Local channels such as ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX, Nearly 200 digital channels, 47 Music Choice channels, Must-have programming from ESPN, Discovery, TNT, USA, MTV, CNN and more! Extensive On Demand library with thousands of titles – many available for free – including kids programming, sports, news, pop culture, home & leisure.
Verizon also offers innovative features not available from other providers, such as Home Media DVR (digital video recorder) and FiOS TV Widgets. Home Media DVR has a multi-room DVR feature enabling up to three simultaneous viewings of recorded programs without requiring customers to set up a complex home network or buy extra equipment. Customers also can access photos and music on their PCs and play them on their TV. FiOS TV Widgets is a free interactive feature that provides viewers with local weather and traffic information while they’re watching their favorite shows.
