Breakfast Recipes: Berry Cobbler
Whichever fresh berries you choose, this is a tried and true winner.
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
3 cups blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, or a mix
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter and add to a 9″x13″ baking pan.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk. Pour mixture into the baking pan. Do not mix.
Sprinkle the berries into batter.
Bake for about one hour, until lightly browned.
